Our Founder
Alignment Outreach was founded by Melissa Fowler, a project leader and organizational strategist with extensive experience guiding complex initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, priorities, and operational systems.
Melissa’s work has centered on helping teams translate strategic goals into coordinated action. She brings a systems-oriented approach to project leadership—designing processes, communication structures, and decision pathways that allow organizations to move work forward with clarity and confidence.
Melissa holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and is a Certified Agile Facilitator, with additional certification as a Certified ScrumMaster. These credentials reflect her commitment to both disciplined project management practices and collaborative, adaptive approaches to guiding complex work.
Her experience spans project leadership, process improvement, program evaluation, and project management training. Through Alignment Outreach, she brings these capabilities together to support organizations navigating complex initiatives.
