Training in project management to build internal capacity.

What this service delivers

We provide customized training and coaching to strengthen internal project management capability across roles. Our approach supports two pathways: upskilling existing project managers with advanced practices, and equipping non-PM staff with foundational project management skills and ready-to-use tools.

We also coach teams through Agile and hybrid adoption and can establish centralized project management structures—such as PM standards, shared templates, and implementation of a centralized project management office (PMO)—to support consistent planning and execution across the organization.

This work empowers teams to manage projects reliably, reduce bottlenecks, and sustain progress without reliance on external capacity.

Examples of what this work can include

  • Foundational project management workshops for non-PM staff
  • Upskilling programs for existing project managers
  • Coaching for Agile, hybrid, or lightweight iterative approaches
  • Support establishing centralized PM practices or PMO-lite structures
  • Standardized templates and communication tools for planning and tracking
  • Training applied to active, in-flight organizational projects
  • Follow-up coaching to reinforce adoption and support sustainability
